Who I am
I started working in the mental health field about ten years ago, working with severely mentally ill teenagers and children in residential care and in schools.
Although I felt much reward working with troubled youth, I always felt a strong pull towards helping fellow women, young and old, to let go of limiting, negative self-beliefs and to embrace their uniqueness within to discover self-love and intimacy.
Having spent many years struggling with poor body image and weight issues, low self-esteem and self-worth, being single for many years, and dating all the wrong people, I have always felt strongly connected with other women sharing in this prevalent struggle. After being told by enough dear friends that I have a special gift of encouraging and helping other women gain self-confidence and to face the underlying issues that hold women back from finding true companionship in a supportive manner, I decided it was time to turn this gift into a reality.
Although it can still be a personal struggle to maintain self-confidence, I am so grateful to have discovered and embraced my true essence for life, self-love, and to have found my life partner. Now I'm ready to help others do the same!

What I Do
- WHAT makes my practice unique is my desire to help women not only address their struggles and concerns holding them back from getting the love they've always wanted, but to also be a coach/mentor to actually take the steps to obtain the love they deserve. Most life coaches or relationship mentors do not have the same level of education as myself to truly help individuals in all aspects of guidance coaching. My professional and educational background serve as a great foundation for individuals looking to an expert to help guide them through challenging times.
- I will be there every step of the way; providing mentoring, support, and coaching to address any set-backs while also helping you to take the first steps into dating or manifesting the love you want once you feel emotionally ready.
- I approach clients from a holistic, supportive, and non-judgmental framework, meeting you where you are in the process of life and love. I will support you and guide you according to how you want to be treated and what you are hoping to gain from counseling/coaching services.
- I provide personalized coaching and goal-setting for those interested in more structured support or desiring less therapeutic counseling, serving as your mentor and "cheerleader", but coming from an experienced and educated background.
- I do not currently accept insurance providers, but will work on a sliding scale fee on an individual basis.
